Tonight front row for the first time ever for Rush. Geddy’s side. Another epic performance. Switched up four songs from opening night. The Wreckers for Clockwork. The Way it is for One Little Victory. Between the wheels for Distant early warning. And Camera Eye for Red Barchetta. Hopefully they will continue the switch out songs. The more the better as far as I am concerned. The band seems really tight right now and should only get better as the tour continues.
2nd set is like Murder’s row with just non stop heavy hitters, coming one right after another. Highlights for me on this show were Jacob’s Ladder and Xanadu.
Was making eye contact all night with GLee. I am sure he said to himself is that the Lakers director. Ha.
Traveling home today. Missing the next two shows in St. Paul and St. Louis, but will catch up with the Tour in Austin on Saturday with Derek Hess (his first show of the tour)
Cant wait.
